The unit needs a space just 25’ x 8’ (7.6 x 2.4m)* to provide three ladies’ WCs, plus one gents’ WC and three urinals, with two stylish washbasins in each. Suitable for use without servicing by up to 250 people over an 8 hour period – or even longer for smaller events. Our Lavish Loos come fully stocked with toilet tissue, hand towels and luxury fine hand soap and moisturiser.

How much do Lavish Loos cost to hire for my single day event?
The price to hire Lavish Loos depends on your event location. The map and table below detail our current rates for single day event hires. If we have not previously visited the event location, the hire will also be subject to an additional location visit charge, as detailed below:

What is included in the price that I pay for toilet hire at my event?
Our price for Lavish Loos mobile toilet hire always includes the following:
- Delivery & collection - based on weekdays during working hours including set-up & full on-site testing of Lavish Loos in situ at the event (we may need to charge extra if location, access problems or conditions cause difficulties in delivering the unit or delays longer than one hour).
- All consumables – Lavish Loos are fully stocked with toilet rolls, luxury soaps, moisturisers, hand towels & chemicals.
- Customer telephone hotline, should you need to contact us urgently.
All Hire charges are subject to Value Added Tax

When & how do I need to pay for Lavish Loos mobile toilet hire?
If your event is less than six weeks away, the full balance needs to be paid immediately. If your event is more than six weeks away, we require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. We will then send you an invoice prior to your event which needs to be settled in full four weeks prior to your event. Deposits and invoices can be paid by Bank Transfer, Cheque or Credit Card.

What does the Lavish Loos mobile toilet unit need to run?
All that is needed is power, a 13-amp socket is sufficient. If no mains supply is available a generator may be used – the unit requires a standard 16-amp supply on a c-form socket. Access to a water supply may be required for longer term bookings.

Will I need to provide anything for the unit, other than power?
No, the unit comes fully stocked with toilet paper, hand towels, soap etc and is ready to use once set up on site.

How do you deliver your Lavish Loos mobile toilet unit?
Our self-contained towed trailer unit can usually be easily positioned. Your unit will be delivered by a 4 x 4 vehicle, virtually guaranteeing trouble-free installation and extraction.

Where will the Lavish Loos mobile toilet unit be positioned?
The single most important consideration is to ensure you have adequate space for a 4x4 vehicle with trailer to deliver the mobile toilet unit. As a rough guide, please allow 9ft (2.7m) width and 12ft (3.6m) height clearance at the site location – and think about the access route for delivery. The toilet unit and 4x4 have a total length of 41ft (12.5m), which you should keep in mind when considering turning circles and access turnings. Please remember that additional space needs to be allowed for manoeuvring, turning and how your guests get to and from the Lavish Loos mobile toilet unit. The mobile toilet unit should be placed on flat, firm ground (ideally firm gravel, tarmac, concrete or hard-standing, but can also be on grass as long as it’s not too soft or wet!). Keep in mind that your guests have to walk to and from the toilets, so avoid soft or uneven ground that may cause them difficulties. We don’t want to damage lawns or driveways when man-handling the mobile toilet unit into its final position, so it’s always worth having a ‘Plan B’ for where to site the unit as unfortunately we cannot be liable for any accidental damage caused at the delivery address.

Can the mobile toilet unit be delivered into a Marquee or inside a Building?
Absolutely, if there is suitable access. This is a particularly good idea during the winter. It may also be possible to plumb the unit into mains services for longer hires. Our team can discuss requirements when undertaking a location visit or, if the venue is known to us, our team can advise on where the unit can be situated.

What if there is a technical problem on site?
Our Lavish Loos luxury mobile toilet unit has been built to a very high standard and well looked after which makes it extremely reliable, but for peace of mind we provide an emergency hotline for our customers to call us on if there are any problems during the event. We will always try and solve any problems initially over the phone (sometimes people simply forget to turn on the power!), and if that fails then we will send out a technician to remedy the problem. You are not charged for this service, however if our technician is called out without due cause then a call-out charge will be payable.
